Eclair NV

Eclair NV, part of the Carrefour Group, has more than 40 years’ experience in the patisserie world. Since September 2022, we have been producing quality patisserie at our brand-new site in Ternat.

In addition to a wide range of classic patisserie products, we offer a lot of seasonal products for both Belgian and foreign customers.
We are convinced that patisserie is synonymous with gourmet pleasure and emotion. To live up to this synonym, we are constantly looking for improved and/or innovative recipes where the quality of the ingredients is central.
The ingredients are of high quality and Eclair supports Belgian agriculture and fair trade as much as possible.

The ingredients are machine-processed, transformed, and filled into cakes and pastries. Our cakes are finished using traditional methods by a passionate team of 150 employees. By offering a wide range of products, we hope to please all tastes.
